Method of Payment

Initiation Fees

Personalized payment plans for initiation fees may be arranged with the office.

Option #1

Payment in full at the time of joining the club. (entitlement to any membership specials at the time of initiation)

Option #2

33 1/3% of total amount at the time of joining the Club 33 1/3% within 12 months of joining the Club 33 1/3within 24 months of joining the Club (no entitlement to membership specials available at time of initiation)

Annual Membership Renewals

A payment schedule for renewing members is available. Total billings are due and payable by March 10, 2008.

Food and Beverage Purchases

In the clubhouse, members have the option to pay by cash, debit card or personal credit card at the time of purchase and/or when closing their bill at the end of each day or evening.

Credit Card System

All members have the privilege of providing a personal credit card number to the office in order to facilitate their payments. In the event that a member fails to close out his or her bill at the end of a day or evening, the club will automatically close out the bill, applying the relevant taxes and, in the case of food and beverages purchases, a 15% gratuity.

Interest and Penalties on Overdue Payments

All items billed to members are payable in accordance with payment options and procedures above. In the event that, for any reason, a personal credit card does not cover amount payable, the club will charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum). In addition, an administration fee of 5% of the total overdue amount may be charged on accounts overdue for more than 90 days.

Club Storage and Golf Professional Fee

This is a compulsory fee for services including club storage, club cleaning, use of pull carts and ancillary golf shop services.

Member: $100.00
Couple Members: $175.00
Students and Dependents (Optional): $60

Members are welcome to store their personal power bag carts, space permitting, for a seasonal fee of $100.00. Batteries must be removed from the cart after each use and will not be maintained or stored by the club.

Golf Association Fee

Cedarhill Golf and Country Club is a regional member of the Royal Canadian Golf Association. Membership in the RCGA, the Quebec Golf Association (for men) or the Canadian Ladies Golf Association (for women) is compulsory for members. Each member is billed $20.00.

Locker Fee

Lockers are available on a first come, first served basis at $60.00 for a full locker and $40.00 for a half locker.

Taxes

GST is payable on all initiation and membership fees. GST and PST are payable on all food and beverage purchases.
